2. Subscriptions & Billing

Some features of the Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize Ubion Inc. to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

a. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

b. Refunds

Ubion does not guarantee refunds. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

3. Trials and Beta Features

Ubion may offer free trials or beta access to new features. These are offered “as-is” and may be modified or removed at any time without notice.

4. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain all rights to the data and content you submit to Ubion, including test flows, session data, and configuration information. By using the Services, you grant Ubion a limited license to use this data solely to operate and improve the Services.

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Service Availability

Ubion strives for high uptime and performance, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues.

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Services at any time with or without notice.

6. Security

Ubion uses industry-standard security practices, including HTTPS encryption, role-based access control, and secure data storage. However, no system is entirely secure, and you use the Services at your own risk.

7. Termination

• Every issue or bug will be detected or resolved

• The Services will meet your specific business requirements

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ubion Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including lost revenue, profits, or data arising from your use or inability to use the Services—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to Ubion in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

Ubion may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify users via email or in-app messaging. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
